WHAT TO EXPECT
• Science: VibePlate classes utilize whole-body vibration (WBV) technology, where participants stand or perform exercises on a vibrating platform. These vibrations stimulate muscle contractions, activating more muscle fibers than traditional exercise alone. This leads to increased muscle strength, improved flexibility, enhanced circulation, and potentially accelerated weight loss through increased metabolic rate.
• Benefits: VibePlate classes offer an efficient workout that can improve muscle tone, flexibility, and overall fitness levels. The vibrations also stimulate lymphatic drainage, potentially reducing inflammation and promoting recovery.
How to Prepare
• Choose Your Class: Select between a relaxing yoga session or an intense X3 variable resistance class, based on your fitness goals and preferences. Not sure where to start? Call us at 817-797-7883 for guidance on choosing the right class for you.
• Wear Comfortable Clothing: Dress in breathable workout attire that allows for a full range of motion.
• Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water before class to stay hydrated and maximize the benefits of the session.
• Arrive Early: Arrive at least 10 minutes early to check-in, meet your instructor and choose your plate.
